We have several tuition payment and financial aid options for our families.

Tuition can be split into your choice of monthly, semi-annual, or annual payments. Tuition payments are billed through our Brightwheel system via automatic withdrawals on the 15th of each month.

Financial aid is available for families in need of additional assistance.

FAQ

How do I qualify for financial aid?

BLPS provides need-based financial assistance to qualifying families to help offset the cost of attending the school. Scholarships are awarded for the academic year, and all families must reapply for financial assistance each year. A family’s financial situation IS NOT included in the criteria to determine a child's admission to our program. Each family is asked to contribute financially to their child's education. No award offered by BLPS will cover the full cost of tuition to the school. Scholarships can range in amount, but do not exceed 50% of tuition. Our Scholarship Fund is limited and no guarantees can be made that financial aid will be awarded, even if a family demonstrates need.
Do you offer sibling discounts?

BLPS offers a 10% discount on elementary school tuition of a second child (or more). Discounts are applied to the lowest tuition first (for K-1 only).
What is Brightwheel?

Brightwheel is our accounting and communications system. This is where you will be billed for tuition, make payments, receive updates and school news, and communicate with your child's teacher. Parents must sign up for a Brightwheel account in order to complete their child's school enrollment.
What methods of payment can I use?

There are 3 available options for you to choose from: 1. Credit card (all major credit cards are accepted through Brightwheel. A 2.9% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments). 2. Automatic debit from your checking/savings acount. There is NO convenience fee for auto debit payments.
